Great Chart FC will accept children from school year 2 and up to school year 13
G.C.F.C. expects children to attend training sessions as regularly as possible.
G.C.F.C. will divide the club into training sessions for every age group, unless there are insufficient children. In this event the children remaining will be dispersed within the club to the best of their ability.
Discipline and Behaviour
G.C.F.C. expects discipline from the children at all times. If there is a continuous disruption to the group then they may be asked to leave. Any appeal should go to Andrea Godden (club secretary) and may be taken up with the Kent FA.
Training
Your child's coach will advise you as to when the coaching sessions for your child's age group take place. If during the season you are unsure if a training session is going to take place, it is your responsibility to contact your child's manager to check.

Subs payable at the beginning of each session. Note; subs will not be allowed to lapse more than 3 weeks

G.C.F.C. will not allow children to play without shinpads or suitable boots.

In hot conditions ensure that your child has adequate clothing - a t-shirt, light coloured cap and sunblock are recommended.

In cold conditions ensure that your child has adequate clothing - hat & gloves, tracksuit bottoms, warm top.

Ensure that you send your child with a DRINK to ALL training sessions - NOT FIZZY
- Strictly NO JEWELLERY to be worn due to health and safety reasons and notice from the Kent County FA
Games
- Subs payable before the game begins. Note; subs will not be allowed to lapse more than 3 weeks.
- Children should always arrive with the correct equipment - shin pads, boots, kit, warm coat or sunblock, cap, etc.
- Ensure that you bring a drink to every game - NOT FIZZY

Great Chart FC takes no responsibility for damage to, or loss of persoal possessions.

NOTICES FROM THE KENT COUNTY FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION- STRICTLY NO JEWELLERY to be worn by players at any time - training or games.
- To be aware of the Respect campaign towards referees and stand behind 'respect' barriers where they are in place.
- Smoking; G.C.F.C. would like to request that spectators refrain from smoking, however, if it is absolutely necessary then you must be a minimum of 2metres (6ft) from the 'respect' barrier.
EXPECTATIONS
G.C.F.C. expects players and spectators to conduct themselves with sportsmanship and an appropriate manner at all times. Action will be taken by G.C.F.C. against any offending spectator or player associated with the club, which could result in the spectator or player receiving a ban from the club.
